Trilogy Partners LLC operates PMM project communication services. This policy describes how we handle information used for project text messaging.

Trilogy PMM Project Support may use automated assistance and project-team review to help respond to messages.

Information and use

We use phone numbers, names, project affiliations, messaging permissions, message contents, attachments and delivery records to support authorized project questions, coordination and production updates. We keep source, date and author information where relevant to project records. Messaging permission is separate from permission to access project information.

SMS information and sharing

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Service providers may process information on our behalf to operate messaging, storage and project-support services. Authorized project participants receive only information relevant to their permitted project work. PMM text messaging is not a marketing program.

Records and your choices

We retain project communications and permission records as needed for project coordination, business records and applicable obligations. To request access, correction or deletion of your information, contact pmm@trilogybuilds.com. Some records may need to be retained for those purposes. Stopping texts does not automatically delete existing project records.

Reply STOP to stop text messages. Reply HELP for help, or email pmm@trilogybuilds.com. Do not send passwords, payment details or unrelated sensitive personal information by text.
