SMS Terms

Trilogy Partners LLC’s PMM number is +1 970 410 2651. PMM text messages support authorized project questions and answers, coordination, required actions, production updates and notices of project emails. We do not send marketing texts.

Trilogy PMM Project Support may use automated assistance and project-team review. Responses remain subject to the qualifications and approval procedures described below.

Permission and project access

When you initiate a project inquiry, PMM may send replies related to that inquiry after verifying your identity and project access. An inquiry does not enroll you in unrelated or ongoing proactive updates. Proactive project texts require recorded permission for the participant, number, project and purpose. Permission is optional and is not a condition of purchase or project participation.

Messaging permission does not grant access to a project or its files. Project details are shared only after the appropriate identity and access checks.

Frequency, rates and stopping

Message frequency varies with project activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop text messages. You may receive a confirmation of your opt-out. A restart request requires permission to be reconfirmed; it does not expand project access. Reply HELP for help or contact pmm@trilogybuilds.com.

Using project messages

Messages should preserve relevant source dates, revisions and qualifications. A message or delivery receipt does not by itself approve a selection, authorize fabrication or release a construction document. Delivery status does not establish that a person read or accepted a message. Use established project approval procedures for those decisions.
