Authorized project participants may text PMM with a project question. Include enough context to identify the project and question. Related replies require identity and project-access verification. No app, signup or portal is required by default. An inquiry does not enroll you in proactive project updates.

Optional ongoing project texts

For proactive project updates, a Trilogy representative requests permission using the following script. The representative supplies the participant’s project and the published policy links, then records the actual answer. This published script is an invitation and does not establish that any person has consented.

What the representative records

Record the participant, phone number, verified project, messaging purpose, script version, date and time, representative’s identity, participant’s actual response and supporting evidence reference. Declining permission does not prevent project participation. Permission must be current before a proactive message is approved.
